What are the gate prices at the park?

One-Day Regular Admission -$34.99 plus tax
48″ or taller in bare feet

One-Day Junior/Senior Admission – $16.99 plus tax

One-Day Military Discount Admission- $21.99 plus tax
Valid for a one-day Wildwater Kingdom ticket for active or retired members of the Armed Forces as well as honorably discharged veterans from the United States and Canada.  The discount also applies to family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, etc.) or others in the group.  There is a limit of 6 discounted tickets per service member.

Do I get any discounts or benefits if I have a Wildwater Kingdom Season Pass or a Platinum Pass?

All Season Passholders (Regular, Junior, & Senior Wildwater Kingdom and Cedar Fair Platinum Passholders) enjoy the following Benefits at Wildwater Kingdom:

• Free Parking – Just present your Season Pass at the Wildwater Kingdom Toll Booths

Season Passholders must be present to use all Wildwater Kingdom Discounts. Admissions Discounts are tracked on your Season Pass. Season Passes are PHOTO protected and can only be used by the person to whom it was issued. There is a $15.00 fee to replace lost Season Passes (replacing your Season Pass will void your original pass). We can do a one-time lookup (this is tracked on your pass) if you misplace or forgot your pass.

 

Where is a Platinum Pass valid?

A Cedar Fair Platinum Pass is valid at all Cedar Fair amusement parks and outdoor* waterparks across North America. This includes:

What do I do if I lost my Season Pass?
Every season, each pass holder who loses or forgets their card receives a free ticket without having to pay the replacement charge. After using this free ticket, the pass holder will have to pay a $15 replacement cost the next time they are not present with their Season Pass ID card. Guest Services is where passes can be changed.
Can I leave the park and re-enter?
Yes, to leave the park and return the same day, you must get your hand stamped before you exit the front gate. You may re-enter through the re-admission Gate.
Do you allow service animals in the park?
Wildwater Kingdom welcomes service animals. A dog or small pony that has been specially trained to carry out activities for a person with a disability is known as a service animal. We could inquire about the tasks that your service animal helps you with. Whenever service animals are on our property, they must be kept under control using a “restraining device.” Each visitor may only bring one assistance animal. Service animals must stay with a non-riding member of your group due to the nature of most rides.. We are not permitted to take control of your service animal. Service animals are not permitted in water attractions, wet decks, wading pools, or lazy rivers. A relief area is located outside the park, near the Main Entrance. Please stop by Guest Services for more information.
Can I page members of my party or make announcements in the park?
Wildwater Kingdom does not have a public address system available for use by separated parties, so please arrange times where members of your group can meet. Guests are welcome to leave messages at Guest Services.
Are ATMs available in the park?
Yes, an ATM machine is available inside the front gate next to the Photo Memories Booth.  Please see a park map for more information.
What is KidTrack?
In the event that adults and children are separated, KidTrack is a free service to use. At the Main Gate, wristbands can be obtained at Guest Services. The bracelet is fastened around the child’s right wrist after adults write their 10-digit cell phone number on it. Children should be informed of the purpose of the wristband and told to approach the closest uniformed staff member if they get separated from parents. The KidTrack system will be activated by the Wildwater Kingdom staff member who discovers the separated child in the event that adults and children become separated. The location of the child’s safe custody until the parties are reunited will be revealed over the cell phone number listed on the wristband.
Can I bring coolers and food to the park?

Individuals with special dietary needs may be permitted to bring in single serving size portions for their use. Please see guest services before entering the park for further assistance.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the park. However, each individual is permitted one unopened water bottle (no glass). Picnic baskets and coolers are welcome at the public picnic area located outside the Main Entrance. Wildwater Kingdom is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen. No alcoholic beverages or grilling are permitted in public picnic area.

Are wheelchairs and strollers available to rent?
Wheelchair and stroller rentals are available at Boarders Beach Rental, just inside the Main Entrance. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs and strollers available daily, they are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not able to be reserved.

Does Wildwater Kingdom have a Military Discount?
Yes, Active, retired, and honorably discharged members of the Military receive an all-day admission ticket for $21.99. Please present a valid Military ID at the Gate (Sorry, Military discount not available online). Accepted IDs include: Active Duty ID, Retired Personnel ID, VA Medical System Picture ID, Copy of DD-214 discharge papers (please do not bring the original) along with a photo ID (driver’s license, etc) for confirmation. The discount also applies to family members (spouse, children, parent, siblings, grandparent, grandchildren, etc) or others in the group (up to 6 people).
Do you have lockers available?
Yes, lockers are available for rent next to Pizza Pier. Locker rental is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please refer to your park map for exact location.

They are all-day rentals. Kiosks accept credit cards & exact cash only (no change given).
What happens if it rains?
At Wildwater Kingdom, nothing is more important than your safety. Attractions may shut down due to lightning in the area, strong winds, rain or other weather conditions as decided by park management. The attractions will re-open just as soon as we can assure a totally safe operation. We are sorry, no refunds or rain checks will be given for any reason once Guests enter the park.
How much is parking?
Parking is $10.00 per car. Buses park free.
I do not plan on going on any attractions. Do you have a special price for me?
Wildwater Kingdom does not have a non-rider discount.
Can I upgrade a Regular pass to a Platinum Pass?
Yes, you can upgrade to a Platinum Pass at the park’s Season Pass Center by paying the difference between what you paid for your Regular Pass and the cost of the Platinum Pass on the day of the upgrade.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available at the Waterfront Plaza and Tidal Wave deck area.
What are the hours for the Season Pass Center?
Beginning May 28, Season Pass processing takes place on park operating days, one hour before the park opens until park close. Find our pre-season season pass processing schedule here.
Is smoking permitted in the park?
Smoking is not permitted at Wildwater Kingdom, except in clearly designated smoking areas throughout the park.
Are life jackets provided?
Life jackets are required for children who are less than 48″ tall in bare feet or who are inexperienced or non-swimmers. Life jackets are available for all guests needing special consideration. Children who are less than 42″ tall must wear life jackets and be accompanied by a supervising companion. Only Coast Guard approved life jackets are allowed as flotation devices. Life jackets are provided free of charge for guests who require one.
What is the dress code while in the park?

Proper swimwear is required. Swimwear is defined as a one or two piece swimsuit. Pants, denim, thongs, or transparent clothing are not permitted. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of swimwear.

Should I keep my season pass once the season ends?
Yes! Hold on to to your season pass and you can RENEW it for the next season and skip the photo-taking process.

What is your refund policy on daily tickets and season passes?
After the order transaction is finished at the Front Gate, online via our website, or at other retail locations, admission tickets and Season Passes are not refundable or exchangeable for any reason. Weather-related incidents are included in this. Rain checks are not given by us. Please research local weather conditions before making travel plans.
It is possible to transfer unprocessed season passes—those that are still in e-ticket or voucher form and haven’t been converted to an ID card—to another person. Whether processed or not, all season passes lose their value at the conclusion of the current season unless they are renewed for the next one.
What should I do if I have issues printing my tickets online?
An email with your purchase receipt will be sent to you after your online transaction is complete. You can open your email receipt and try printing your tickets in a different place (like a public library or a friend’s house) if you can’t print them at your current location.
We will be pleased to print your tickets at Guest Services if you are still having trouble doing so. Both your confirmation number and the credit card you used to buy the tickets are required. The cost to have your tickets printed at the park is $5 per ticket.
What information do you have for guests with disabilities?
Stop by Guest Services, located next to the main gate, to speak to an associate about your visit and receive our Guest Assistance Guide, which outlines the rules and requirements for guests with disabilities.
Do you offer Half-Day or Starlight admission?
We do offer Starlight admission. Starlight admission is $21.99 for guests 48″ or taller beginning at 3pm when open until 7 or 4pm when open until 8pm.
Does Wildwater Kingdom provide towels?
It’s so much fun here you will never want to leave the water, but when it get times to go home you will need to provide your own towel from home. If you forgot your towel, many of our gift shops sell beach towels.
Wildwater Kingdome Drone Policy
 All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at (in) all Cedar Fair parks, including Wildwater Kingdom, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Wildwater Kingdom will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
