    1. Appropriate Attire

It is necessary to wear appropriate bathing clothing in order to enjoy the water park attractions. To assist you in organizing your trip, consider the following suggestions:

You must wear appropriate swimwear. A one- or two-piece swimsuit is referred to as swimwear. Transparent apparel, jeans, thongs, and pants are not allowed. We maintain the right to judge whether swimwear is acceptable.

Visitors will not be allowed to ride Thunder Falls Body Slides if they are wearing bathing clothes containing metal snaps, rivets, buttons, or zippers.

Footwear is not permitted on Wildwater Kingdom attractions. Aqua socks and aquatic style footwear are permitted on Tidal Wave Bay, Rip Tide Run and Coral Cove.

Guests requiring special accommodation should speak to a member of the Aquatics management team. Specifically designed attire made out of lycra or nylon type materials will be considered. Due to attraction manufacturer requirements, some riding restrictions may apply.

Diaper dependent guests are required to wear swim diapers or a diaper specifically designed for aquatic use.

If you do not have appropriate bathing attire, swimsuits and other aquatic gear can be purchased at Surf Shop.

    2. Wildwater Kingdom Rules

To ensure the safest experience for all guests during their visit, the following rules are in effect. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

Water toys, whistles, and inflatable assists are not permitted.

Masks and snorkels are not permitted at any water attraction.

Hearing devices or any other electronic devices may be damaged by water. Please take the necessary steps to protect such items.

According to crowd size, time at the water attractions and access to Wildwater Kingdom may be limited.

    3. Aquatics Staff

Our Aquatics staff is here to ensure that you have a safe and pleasant visit. First aid staff and water park supervisors are available throughout the area should you have any questions or need assistance. Please follow all lifeguard rules and instructions, but do not talk to or distract lifeguards while they are on duty.

    4. Lifeguard Training

Wildwater Kingdom frequently uses training activities to enhance the abilities and attentiveness of our lifeguards in an effort to give our visitors a fun and safe water park experience. Submersible water mannequins, the use of video surveillance equipment, internal and external audits, active/inactive water rescues, and/or first aid scenarios are some examples of the exercises that will take place during regular business hours.

    5.Sun Safety

Wildwater Kingdom provides a full day of fun in the sun! To make the most of your day, be sure to drink plenty of water in order to avoid heat exhaustion. Drinking fountains are located near each restroom. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen frequently throughout the day. If you happen to forget your sunscreen, Surf Shop and various merchandise locations throughout the Park have a variety of sunscreens and sundries available for purchase.

    6. Life Jackets

You can use life jackets anywhere in Wildwater Kingdom. All visitors who would like to wear a life jacket can do so for free. Wearing a life jacket is advised for young swimmers, novices, and less experienced swimmers. All visitors who require special attention can get life jackets. Children under a certain height must wear life jackets before they can ride some attractions. Lifeguards and aquatics personnel reserve the right to require life jacket use as necessary. Please refer to our Height Requirement Guide for specific attraction needs. Visitors are allowed to bring their own life jacket, but it needs to be approved by the Coast Guard.

    7. First Aid

The First Aid Station is located just inside the main gate. If you need any assistance during your visit, do not hesitate to stop by the First Aid Station, or notify the nearest lifeguard. Our team would be glad to assist.

    8. Lost Children

Upon arriving, we recommend selecting a meeting place such as the main gate, in the event you or your child becomes lost or separated from your party. In the unlikely event that your child becomes separated, please alert an associate. Public address pages cannot be broadcast inside Wildwater Kingdom.

Children should be informed of the purpose of the wristband and told to approach the closest uniformed staff member if they get separated from parents.
